One person building it with you.
A working system, not just an AI strategy deck.

An example workflow

  1. An enquiry arrives

Email, form or an existing business tool.

  2. Prepare the next step

Pull out the details. Draft the response. Flag what’s missing.

  3. Review, then update

A person checks the draft before the agreed action runs.

The steps and approval points depend on your process. AI where it helps; ordinary automation where it doesn’t.

Where to start

A process you already know.
A better way to run it.

For owners and operations leads who can point to a recurring task, show how it works today and bring the right people into the project. You don’t need an in-house developer.

Enquiries → next steps

  1. An email or form arrives
  2. Extract the details, draft a reply
  3. Review it, then update the CRM

Documents → usable data

  1. A document needs processing
  2. Extract fields and flag gaps
  3. Check exceptions before filing

Scattered updates → one report

  1. Information lives in several tools
  2. Bring the agreed data together
  3. A report ready for your review

Illustrative starting points, not off-the-shelf packages. Access to your systems and data is checked before a build is agreed.

One workflow. Start to finish.

  1. 01

    Map it

Choose the task, the systems it touches and what a useful result looks like.

  2. 02

    Test it

Try representative inputs. Check mistakes, exceptions and where a person takes over.

  3. 03

    Put it to work

Connect the agreed tools, document the setup and show you how to run it.

Scope and price, in writing.

The quote depends on the systems, data, exceptions and level of review involved. We agree the scope, price and proposed timeline before work starts. Ongoing tool and model costs are discussed separately.

Know what you’re taking over.

Accounts are set up in your name. Monitoring, support and handover are agreed in the scope. Source-code transfer is quoted separately if you need it.
