Software for dermatology and aesthetics clinics

The treatment list grows faster than the site does, the photographs that actually sell the work are the ones the regulator cares most about, and every enquiry turns into three appointments that reception books by hand.

Where it usually goes wrong

The before-and-after gallery is the sale, and the regulator's business
It is the first thing a patient looks for and the hardest thing to publish properly. Identifiable patients have to consent, and prescription-only medicines cannot be advertised to the public at all, so the most persuasive asset on the site is also the most constrained.
Every treatment wants its own page, and they keep changing
A practice offering thirty treatments needs thirty pages to be findable for any of them, each with its own protocol, aftercare and price. Held in a document somewhere, that list is out of date within a season.
One enquiry is three appointments
Consultation, a gap for the patient to think, then treatment, then review. A booking flow built for a single slot does not describe that, so deposits, reschedules and the follow-up all fall back to reception and the phone.
They decide at eleven at night, on a phone
Aesthetic research does not happen during clinic hours. A site that cannot take the booking at the moment someone finally decides hands them to whichever site could.
